05 May Ċirkulari Nru 22/2014-2015 – Riforma Kampjonati
Ċirkulari Nru 22/2014-2015.
30 ta’ April 2015.
Sur Segretarju,
Fl-aħħar laqgħa tal-Kunsill tal-Youth FA, ta’ nhar l-Erbgħa 29 ta’ April 2015, bi preparament għall-istaġun 2015/2016, ġie diskuss il-format tal-Kampjonati U15 u U17.
Għalkemm fil-bidu ta’ dan l-istaġun kien hemm xi kritika għal dan il-format, illum il-ġurnata ħafna fehemu l-iskop tiegħu u qabblu ma’ dan il-format. Il-Kunsill innota dak kollu li kien qed jiġri f’kull fażi tal-kampjonati, u evalwa x’affarijiet li ħass li kellu jsir xi tibdil biex dawn il-kampjonati ikunu aktar interessanti u jintlaħaq l-iskop aħħari. Għaldaqstant fil-waqt li l-format ser ikun l-istess bhal dak ta’ dan l-istaġun, b’differenza biss fil-fażi eliminatorja. (ara format fid-dettal anness)
Jekk hemm xi nursery li tixtieq tressaq xi rimarki fuq din il-proposta, il-Kunsill jilqa’ bil-miktub dawn il-kummenti, sa mhux aktar tard minn nhar il-Ġimgħa 15 ta’ Mejju. Il-kummenti jeħtieġ li jkunu ffirmati mis-Segretarju u l-President tan-nusery rispettivament.

Youth FA U15-U17 APS Bank League proposed format for 2015 / 16
This format is being proposed on the same principals of last season, but with greater attention being given so that no team can be relegated two divisions from the actual section, but a team from the lowest division can still make it to Section A.
First of all it is being proposed that the teams in Section D can decide that that is level, and do not participate in the qualifying process, thus retaining their status. We start off the season with a preliminary round from the Section D teams, if necessary to come down to 8 Section D teams (currently 12). The remaining 8 teams join the 16 currently in Sections C1 & C2 in 8 groups of three, who play each other in a round robin. Those finishing last go to Section D (together with the losers of the preliminary round), those placed second in C2, while those placing first play against Section B opposition. The losers of this play-off play in Section C1, while the winner play against Section A opposition in a two legged play-off, where the winners secure Section A status and the losers play in Section B.
